1. How long will it take for my order to be delivered to me?

La vogue will deliver your goods to the address you have provided on the order form for delivery as soon as possible after your order is accepted. We will in any event dispatch your order within 2 days after Your order was been placed unless a later date is agreed with You. We normally aim to deliver goods within the UK within 5 working days of acceptance of your order, (10 working days Europe , 14 working days USA & Canada , 30 working days rest of the World). This is an estimate only and we give no warranty that we will be able to deliver to you within that time.
Ownership of, and risk in, the goods will pass to you once they have been delivered to you. If you return the goods under clause ownership of, and risk in the goods returned will pass to us on receipt of them by us.

2 . What happens if Goods are out of stock?

If the goods you order are unavailable La Vogue will notify you as soon as possible and suggest a suitable alternative, or advise of next delivery due to us from our suppliers.

3. What is the Returns policy?

Important - In the interest of hygiene we are unable to offer a refund or take returns on, cosmetics and jewellery. This does not affect your legal rights.

You can return any product to us for a refund or an exchange, as long as it is unused and returned in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt of your goods. You must return the goods to us at your own cost, in unused and otherwise re-saleable condition in the original packaging. We strongly recommend for shoes you try the goods on a carpet to avoid any marks or scratches.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are returning products please remember they are your responsibility, as a customer, until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send any returns using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, for example Royal mail special or recorded delivery or a courier service. Please also note that we will not refund any carriage cost, unless the goods were faulty to when orginally sent to you.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds if the goods have been worn and you have changed your mind or if goods have been damaged after purchase.

If an exchange is needed on an item, subject to availability exchange will be sent out free of charge. We will not refund postage on items sent back to us unless original item is faulty. If items are to be refunded there will be a restocking fee of £5.00 per item. Please ensure items are returned in the condition as they were sent out.

4. What happens if i buy shoes and they do not fit and i may need to change the size?

We provide Free Delivery for U.K , if you have to change the shoe size, you can send the shoes back, however postage & Packaging cost is at your Expense. We will be happy to send a replacement pair, be it another size or style. This replacement pair we will send also free of charge. However any furthur exchanges postage and packaging will apply at £5.00 

5. Are bridal shoes dye able?

The bridal shoes we make are textile upper and are not specifically designed to be dye able. If you decide to dye them, then you do so at your own risk, La Vogue will not take any responsibility in any manor what so ever.

6. Can I use the shoes for dancing?

Unless stated, the shoes are designed for occasional wear only, they are not specifically made for dancing, driving, walking on pebbles or uneven services and damage will occur to them if used in this way or any other activity, for which they have not been made for.

7. What happens if the beads get caught in my Dress?

Although we make a high quality product, the ornamental trims (beads/diamantes) are for decoration only. No-Returns will be accepted for any damage to the ornamental trims during wear. This does not affect your normal statutory rights.
