Delivery charges

Free Delivery applies to UK Mainland orders only, this excludes remote area's of the mainland and off shore islands, in such a case the delivery charges will apply and vary depending on the type/delivery location of products ordered, however we will endeavour to send the order by the most cost effective method. In such a case we will advise delivery cost prior to dispatch of your order. Should products be returned to us the delivery/Packaging cost cannot be refunded.

Refunds/Exchanges

If an exchange is needed on an item, subject to availability, the first exchange will be sent out free of charge. If furthur exchanges are required carriage will be charged. We will not refund postage on items sent back to us unless original item is faulty. If items are to be refunded there will be a restocking/Adminsitration fee of £5.00 per item. Please ensure items are returned in the condition as they were sent out. If items are not returned to us as sold, the cost of re-packing will be deducted from the re-fund.

Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Our acceptance of your order will only take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered .

Occasionally, the manufacture of products may be delayed, from our suppliers. This can be for various reasons such as material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed.

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. However goods must not be used in anyway and be in same condition as supplied with original packaging. Where goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered. Any delivery or packing costs incurred will not be refundable.

Lexus International Ltd t/a La Vogue will ensure all goods are transported in good quality but we cannot accept any liability for the non-delivery of any products due to the actions of any government once shipment has left our port of exit. Once shipment has left our port of exit no returns are accepted and the only remedy to the buyer are per the terms of any insurance policy then in force covering shipment .

This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales . All contracts are concluded in English.
